WEST END, N.C. -- The 7^th North Carolina Super Senior Amateur Championship will be played at Cape Fear Country Club in Wilmington from September 29-30. Opened in 1896, the club is the oldest private country club in the state and has longtime ties with the Carolinas Golf Association. Along with this year’s 33 automatic qualifiers, the Championship committee rewarded 7 other clubs with a .500 won/loss record a playoff invitation based on group play.
