GREENSBORO, NC – Final results from U.S. Open Championship local qualifying hosted by Greensboro Country Club (Farm Course) in Greensboro, NC on Monday, May 5, 2014 (7139 yards, par 35-37—72, Rating: 74.4/138).

Six qualifying spots and two alternate positions were available at this qualifying site. Jonathan Hodge from Knoxville, Tennessee shot a stellar round of seven-under par 65 to earn medalist honors.

CHARLOTTE, NC – Sectional qualifying results of the 29th North Carolina Senior Amateur Championship hosted by Pine Island Country Club in Charlotte, NC on Wednesday, April 30, 2014 (6281 yards, Par 35-36—71, 69.0/126).

The cut line fell at nine-over par 80. 29 players advanced to the 29th North Carolina Senior Amateur Championship that will be played May 13-15 at Kinston Country Club in Kinston, NC.

This championship is conducted by the Carolinas Golf Association which is in its 105th year of serving amateur golf in the Carolinas.
