US Women's Mid-Amatuer

 

LEXINGTON, S.C. (August 11, 2021) -- Final results from U.S. Women’s Mid-Amateur Qualifying at the Country Club of Lexington in Lexington, S.C. on Wednesday, August 11, 2021 (6,019 yards, par 36-36--72).

Three qualifying spots and two alternate positions were available at this qualifying site. 

Emily Rapp of Greenville, S.C. won medalist honors with a round of four-over-par 76. Kathryn Miranda of Lexington, S.C. and Ashley Sloup of Southport, N.C. earned the second and third qualifying spots with rounds of eight-over-par 80. Colleen Estes of Mount Pleasant, S.C. earned the first alternate position with a round of 82 and Evie Dole earned the second alternate position with a round of 83.

The qualifiers will advance to play at the championship at the Berkeley Hall Club in Bluffton, S.C. from September 25 to 30, 2021.  

This USGA Qualifier was conducted by the Women’s South Carolina Golf Association, on behalf of the Carolinas Golf Association and the United States Golf Association.
