Carolinas Senior Amateur Sectional Qualifying Results from Monroe CC
MONROE, NC – Sectional qualifying results of the 53rd Carolinas Senior Amateur Championship hosted by Monroe Country Club in Monroe, NC on Tuesday, September 16, 2014 (6244 yards, Par 36-36—72, 70.8/127).
Wesley Clark and Larry Cowman both of Charlotte, NC each carded a two-under par 70 to share medalist honors.
The cut line fell at eight-over par 80. 18 players advanced to the 53rd Carolinas Senior Amateur Championship that will be played September 24-26 at Sedgefield Country Club’s Dye course in Greensboro, NC.
This championship is conducted by the Carolinas Golf Association which is in its 105th year of serving amateur golf in the Carolinas.
