Liebler, who resides in Pinehurst, N.C., will oversee the Tarheel Youth Golf Association (TYGA), assist CGA Director of Junior Golf Jason Cox with junior championships, and expand the popular TYGA Tots program, a series of events for boys and girls aged five to twelve.
