SOUTHERN PINES, N.C. -- The Carolinas Golf Association (CGA) is pleased to announce the hiring of Chase Liebler as Assistant Director of Junior Golf. Liebler, who resides in Pinehurst, N.C., will oversee the Tarheel Youth Golf Association (TYGA), assist CGA Director of Junior Golf Jason Cox with junior championships, and expand the popular TYGA Tots program, a series of events for boys and girls aged five to twelve. WEST END, NC -- The Carolinas Golf Association (CGA) has announced the seventh Carolinas Young Amateur will be contested December 29-30, 2015 on the Magnolia golf course at Pinewild Country Club in Pinehurst, NC.  The event is a 36-hole stroke play tournament for male and female amateur golfers ages 18 to 25 who have finished high school.

Preview: 20th North Carolinas Four-Ball Championship

SOUTHERN PINES, N.C. -- The 20th North Carolina Four-Ball Championship will be played at Croasdaile Country Club in Durham from October 9-11, 2015.

A full field of 80 teams are entered into the championship. The 2014 champion team, brothers Mark Gauley of Raleigh and Brian Gauley of Wake Forest, return seeking a title defense. The duo also captured the title in 2006.
