River Run Golf and Country Club Hosts 18th NC Four-Ball
WEST END, NC—The title is wide open at the 17th North Carolina Four-Ball Championship at River Run Country Club in Davidson, N.C.
Defending champions Jason Robinson of Charlotte and Logan Harrell of Huntersville are not able to defend. Among the 68 teams entered this year, only 2011 champs David Donavan and Jonathan Miles, both of Hampstead, are returning.
The event will run from October 4 through 6 on the site of the recent Web.com Tour Chiquita Classic as well as five previous CGA championships, including the 1999 North Carolina Four-Ball. The course was unveiled in 1990.
The event is 54 holes of stroke play with a cut to the low 30 teams (and ties) after the first two rounds.
