2022 US Women's Amateur Four Ball Qualifying - Columbia CC

 

COLUMBIA, S.C. (October 31, 2021) -- Final results from U.S. Women’s Amateur Four-Ball Qualifying at Columbia Country Club in Columbia, S.C. on Sunday, October 31, 2021 (6,186 yards, par 36-36--72).

 

One qualifying spots and two alternate spots were available at this qualifying site. 

 

The side of Sydney Hackett of Ashburn, VA and Melanie Walker of Burke, VA qualified as medalists with a round of four-under-par 68. Two teams shot two-under-par 70 and headed to a playoff to decide the alternate positions. Olivia Schmidt of Edmond, OK and Elise Schultz of Milton, FL won the playoff on the third hole to take the first alternate position. Hannah Nall of Cleveland, TN and Carlee Rogers of Hixson, TN will be the second alternates.

 

The qualifiers will advance to play at the championship at Grand Reserve Golf Club in Rio Grande, Puerto Rico from April 20-24, 2022.   

 

This USGA Qualifier was conducted by the Women’s South Carolina Golf Association on behalf of the Carolinas Golf Association and the United States Golf Association.
