Joe Kastelic from Hickory, NC, shot a round of five-under par 67 to win medalist honors.

 

The cut line fell at three-over par 75. 16 players advanced to the 9^th North Carolina Amateur Match Play Championship that will be played at Gaston Country Club in Gastonia, NC from August 1-5, 2018.
