Due to the harsh weather in the Triad this past winter impacting turf conditions throughout the region, The Club at Stoney Creek in Whitsett, NC will be re-sprigging a number of fairways in the next few weeks. Therefore we have agreed to move the Carolinas Amateur Championship sectional qualifier on July 2 to a new site. 

The qualifier has been moved down the road to Sedgefield Country Club-Dye Course (old Cardinal) in Greensboro and will be played on the same date of July 2.

The Carolinas Golf Association’s boys’ 2015 championship season continues this weekend with the 3rd Creed Boys’ Invitational at Camden Country Club in Camden, SC.  The Camden Country Club Board of Directors created the Creed Junior Boys’ Invitational in 2013 to honor Mr. Jimmy Creed of Camden, SC for his support of junior golf at Camden Country Club.  96 junior boys from across the Carolinas will play 36 holes (18 each day) over Saturday and Sunday, May 23rd and 24th while competing in three divisions...
