Entries for the 42nd South Carolina Amateur Match Play Championship close on Tuesday, May 27. The championship will be hosted by Seabrook Island Club (Ocean Winds) in Seabrook Island, SC from June 4-8.

Entry Fees (NEW for 2014) - All Course Fees Paid by the CGA to the Host Club:
Entry Fee: $150.00 (includes all championship site cart/range fees for both stroke play qualifying and match play rounds)
Eligibility:
Entry is open to any male amateur golfer who has reached his 13th birthday by June 4, 2014, is a legal resident of South Carolina, is a member in good standing of a club which is a member of the Carolinas Golf Association (CGA) and has an active GHIN® USGA Handicap Index® at a CGA member club that does not exceed 7.4.
Exempt players are accepted at time of entry. Exempt Player List (PDF)
Non-exempt entries are accumulated for the entire open/close window. The final field is comprised of players with lowest handicap indexes. Alternates are ranked according to handicap index. Championship Field=120 players.

Championship format is 36 holes of stroke play to determine 32 qualifiers for match play.
