Trusted Choice Independent Insurance Agents Sponsors CGA Juniors

 

The Trusted Choice Independent Insurance Agents of NC has announced a sponsorship with the Carolinas Golf Association (CGA) to support the Carolinas Junior Boys’ and Girls’ Championships.  This sponsorship will enable the CGA to continue to conduct the annual junior golf tournaments at a high level while keeping the entry fee at an affordable price.

 

“For 50 years, the Trusted Choice Independent Insurance Agents of NC conducted the NC Trusted Choice Big “I” Junior Classic, but unfortunately the junior tournament ended in 2018.  This partnership allows our insurance agents to continue to support junior golf and assist the CGA in growing the game,” said Patrick Laney, chairman of the Trusted Choice Independent Insurance Agents of NC golf committee.

 

“The CGA is excited to have the support for our flagship junior tournaments.  This agreement will help us to continue to conduct a great experience for our players and enable us to add a few new features to the tournaments,” said Jason Cox, Director of Youth Development for the CGA.

 

The boys’ tournament support will enable the addition of five qualifying sites across NC, a second chance qualifier along with additional family functions during the tournament.  Srixon Golf has also agreed to sponsor the inaugural Srixon Carolinas Boys’ Long Drive Competition on Monday, July 22, 2019.

 

The 63rd Carolinas Girls’ Championship will be conducted at Columbia CC in Blythewood, SC on July 30 – August 1, 2019.

 

The 70th Carolinas Junior Boys’ Championship will be conducted at River Landing CC in Wallace, NC on July 23-25, 2019.
