Carolinas Senior Amateur Sectional Qualifying Results from Carolina Trace
SANFORD, NC – Sectional qualifying results of the 2014 Carolinas Senior Amateur Championship hosted by Carolina Trace (Lake Course) in Sanford, NC on Thursday, August 21, 2014 (6405 yards, Par 36-36—72, 72.5/135).
Brad Buxton from Greensboro, NC carded a one-under par 71 to claim medalist honors. The cut line fell at eight-over par 80. 25 players advanced to the Carolinas Senior Amateur Championship that will be played September 24-26 at Sedgefield Country Club (Dye Course) in Greensboro, NC.
This championship is conducted by the Carolinas Golf Association which is in its 105th year of serving amateur golf in the Carolinas.
