Due to the harsh weather in the Triad this past winter impacting turf conditions throughout the region, Sedgefield Country Club-Dye Course (old Cardinal) will will be sprigged starting June 8 and could be closed up to six weeks depending on growing conditions. Therefore we have agreed to move the Carolinas Amateur Championship sectional qualifier on July 2 to a new site. 

The qualifier has been moved down the road to Forest Oaks Country Club in Greensboro and will be played on the same date of July 2.

New Women's Match Play Championship Format
Tournament division will use net scores for match play

SOUTHERN PINES, N.C. -- The Carolinas Golf Association will conduct the 18th Carolinas Women's Match Play Championship at Cowans Ford Golf Club in Stanley, N.C. on July 7-9, 2015. Entries are being accepted via the championship website thru June 30.
