WEST END, N.C. - The Tarheel Youth Golf Association (TYGA), a division of the Carolinas Golf Association (CGA), is proud to announce the expansion of its junior golf tournament program.  TYGA has created a new series of one day events for junior girls and boys between the ages of 6 and 11 years of age called the TYGA Tots. These events will be conducted across NC and will consist of 9-hole tournaments played under a modified Stableford scoring system.

The applications for our CGA License Plate were delivered to the DMV office yesterday (Aug. 19).  The plates have to be entered individually by hand and a number of other associations had their applications in prior to our group.  The DMV representative said it will take 4-6 weeks for all the plates to be finished and sent out.

If you need to renew your registration within the next 3 months, they said you should go ahead and renew the existing plate.  They will then send you the new plate at no additional charge.
