SOUTHERN PINES, N.C. (July 20, 2017) -- The Carolinas Golf Association's 68th Carolinas Junior Boys' Championship will take place July 25-27 at Cabarrus Country Club in Concord, N.C. A total of 148 boys will be participating.

The Carolinas Junior Boys' format is 54-holes of stroke play. The field will be reduced to the low 60 and ties after 36 holes.

SOUTHERN PINES, N.C. (July 19, 2017) -- The Carolinas Golf Association's 51st Father-Son Championship and 20th Carolinas Parent-Child will take place Friday, July 21st at Pinehurst, N.C. area courses. A total of 642 golfers (321 pairs) will be competing.

The format for both championships is 18 holes of modified alternate shot. Playing in two-person teams, both team members hit from the tee, select one ball to be played, then play alternate shot until the ball is holed.
