Ryan and Hargett win Pro-Junior
Matthew Ryan (right) and Cole Hargett made the difficult modified alternate shot format look easy in shooting a round of five under par 67 to win the Carolinas Pro-Junior. Ryan, a golf professional from Huntersville, NC teamed up with junior golfer Cole Hargett of Blythewood, SC and won the annual partner tournament by one stroke over professional Nick Jacobi of Albemarle, NC and junior partner Chase Clayton of Locust, NC. Professional and 2010 champion Mike Cato of Greenville, NC teamed with junior Nicholas Loy of Greenville, NC and tied for third place with professional Ben Cauble and Regan Erhardt, both of Greensboro, with rounds of three under par 69.
