Senior Four-Ball at Dormie Club Postponed Until March 26

To: Senior Four-Ball One-Day Tournament Players at Dormie Club

Due to the forecasted weather for Monday, March 17, the Senior Four-Ball One-Day Tournament at the Dormie Club has been postponed until Wednesday, March 26 with a 9:00am shotgun start. Please review the following scenarios to secure your spot or withdraw from the postponed event.

Since the tournament field was not oversubscribed, priority will be given to currently registered teams or teams that had withdrawn from this event. CGA will open registration on Wednesday, March 19 at 8:00pm to fill any open spots. Entries will close on Sunday, March 23 at 11:59pm.

Accepted Teams that CAN play on March 26: You must notify the CGA office by 11:59pm on Tuesday, March 18 your intention to play on March 26 to confirm your spot. Teams that fail to notify the CGA will be withdrawn with a full refund on Wednesday morning.

Accepted Teams that CANNOT play on March 26: Please notify the CGA office that you cannot play to receive a full entry fee refund. If we do not hear from you by the deadline of 11:59pm on Tuesday, March 18 then you will be withdrawn with a full refund on Wednesday morning.

Withdrawn Teams that CAN play on March 26: You must notify the CGA office by 11:59pm on Tuesday, March 18 your intention to play on March 26 to confirm your spot. CGA will charge the credit card on file the $110.00 balance due. Teams that fail to notify the CGA will be given a $30.00 admin fee refund on Wednesday morning.

Withdrawn Teams that CANNOT play on March 26: CGA will refund the $30.00 admin fee on Wednesday morning.
