Carolinas Team Maintains Four Point Advantage at the 57th Carolinas-Virginias Women's Team Matches

Roanoke , WV -- Second round results of the 57th Carolinas-Virginia's Women's Team Matches hosted by Stonewall Resort on Tuesday, July 16, 2013.  

The Carolinas team comprise of 24 players from North and South Carolina lead 35-31 after the second day of modified alternate shot matches against their Virginia-West Virginia's counterparts.

Each match was worth three points in a nassau style format.  Final day matches begin at 8:00am on Wednesday where the format will be four-ball match play.

This annual team match competition is conducted by the Carolinas Golf Association in conjunction with the Virginia and West Virginia State Golf Association.
