CHARLOTTE, N.C. (October 24, 2017) -- Final results from 2018 U.S. Amateur Four-Ball Qualifying at Cedarwood Country Club in Charlotte, N.C. on October 24, 2017 (6,822 yards, par 36-35—71, Course/Slope Rating:73.0/129).
The teams of Jeremy Grabb of Daniel Island, S.C. and Jake McGlone of Charlotte, N.C. and Chad Wilfong of Charlotte N.C. and Davis Womble of Winston-Salem, N.C. earned medalist honors after posting rounds of six-under-par 65.
Luke Hackworth of Charlotte, N.C. and Thomas Eubanks of Charlotte, N.C. are the first alternates. John Eades of Charlotte, N.C. and Timothy Kane of North Bethesda, M.D. are second alternates.
Two qualifying spots and two alternate positions were available at this qualifying site.
The championship proper will be held at Jupiter Hills Club, Tequesta, Florida on May 19 – 23, 2018.
This qualifier was conducted by the Carolinas Golf Association on behalf of the United States Golf Association.
