Five qualifying spots and two alternate positions were available at this qualifying site.
Lei Ye of the People's Republic of China earned medalist honors after a three-under-par 69. Also qualifying were Haeley Wotnosky of Wake Forest, N.C. and Jennifer Chang of Cary, N.C., who each finished with two-under-par 70. The last two qualifying spots went to Gina Kim of Chapel Hill, N.C. and Holly McCann of Raleigh, N.C., each with a score of even-par 72.
Kelsey Zeng of Orlando, F.L. and Emilia Migliaccio of Cary, N.C. are the alternates.
Sectional qualifying, conducted over 18 holes at 37 sites, started on Monday, June 13. Sectional qualifiers will be held all across the United States.. The championship proper will be held at The Ridgewood Country Club in Paramus, New Jersey July 18-23.
This qualifier was conducted by the Carolinas Golf Association on behalf of the United States Golf Association.

About the Carolinas Golf Association (CGA)
The CGA is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit educational organization that was founded in 1909 to promote and to protect the game of golf in the Carolinas by providing competitions, education, support and benefits to golf clubs and golfers. The CGA is the second largest golf association in the country with over 700 member clubs represented by nearly 150,000 individuals.
The CGA annually conducts 43 championships and five team match competitions for men, women, juniors, and seniors. It also runs over 140 One-Day (net and gross) events and qualifying for USGA national championships. The CGF has distributed more than $1,500,000 since 1977 to benefit Carolinas' golf initiatives including junior and women's programs.
