Eligibility:  Entries are open to male amateur golfers who: (1) will not have reached their eighteenth birthday by midnight of July 23, 2005 and (2) have an up-to-date USGA Handicap Index® not exceeding 6.4 under the Men's USGA Handicap System.  Please refer to the USGA.org website for complete list of requirements.

Entry form: available at www.usga.org under the championships heading.

Entry deadline: June 1, 2005 at 5 p.m.

Format: Individual 36-hole stroke play.  18 holes on Tuesday June 28 and 18 holes on Wednesday June 29.  Players will be repaired for the 2nd round based off of round 1 scores.

Number of players:  Maximum of 84 players
