Practice Round
Practice round tee times will be available for players on Monday May 14 starting at 10:00am. Tee times may be reserved through the Golf Shop at (843) 747-8855 after May
1st. All players must wear appropriate golf attire and soft spikes. Purchases in the golf shop of Yeamans Hall Club may be cash or credit card.
Prizes
A prize and merchandise will be awarded to the overall champion. Merchandise will be awarded to gross winners in each flight. Ties for overall title, medalist, Senior and Super
Senior title will be settled by an on course playoff as soon as the need is identified. All other ties for trophies and merchandise will be broken by score card playoff. Prizes for
Super Senior players will be awarded in the Carolinas division.
Divisions
Championship: for players who want to compete from the longer tees for the over-all Championship title;
Senior Championship: for players 50 and older who want to compete from the longer tees for the Senior Championship title;
Carolinas Division: for players of any age who want to compete from the shorter tees for the Carolinas Championship title;
Super Senior Division: for players 65 and older who want to compete from the shorter tees for the Super-Senior title
Flights within divisions will be determined after 36 holes with approximately 16 players per flight.
Tournament Registration
The total entry fee for the championship is $175. This paid in two installments. The player submits $100 at the time of entry. The balance is due at registration. Please bring
your check for $75 payable to Yeamans Hall Club. Championship registration will be at Yeamans Hall reception from 10:00am-5:00pm on Monday, May 14. Any late arrivals
must notify the Championship Chair, Teddy Stockwell 843-860-1986 no later than 5:00pm on May 14.

advised that the bar is credit card only, the golf shop is cash or credit card. Players who are staying on property will be able to charge to their room.
Competition Cell Phone Policy
Cell phones must be turned off or set on vibrate. Cell phone use is not permitted except for personal emergencies. Business is not to be conducted during the practice round
or championship play. Please note: Yeamans Hall Club may have a more comprehensive cell phone policy. We ask all players to always adhere to the host club's policies.
Distance Measuring Devices
Distance measuring devices are permitted. These devices must not have features for measuring elevation, wind, or temperature. The use of devices with these extended
features will subject the player to disqualification.

Alternates
The championship is over-subscribed, the highest
handicappers are on the alternates list ranked by
handicap. Should there be a cancellation, the next
alternate will be contacted using the telephone
numbers provided at the time of registration. The
alternate will be given 1 hour to respond. If we do
not hear from the alternate, we will move on to the
next on the list.
