Florence, SC—Keenan Huskey of Greenville, SC shot a final round three under par 69 to win the 63^rd Carolinas Junior Boys’ Championship at CC of South Carolina in Florence, SC. Huskey, a rising high school junior, finished with a 54 hole total of seven under par 209 on the 6,990 yard par 72 golf course. Huskey got off to a great start birding three of the first four holes. With birdies on seven and eight and a lone bogey on the ninth hole gave him a front nine 32 and a four shot lead. Austin Langdale of Townville, SC, the runner-up in last week’s SC Junior Match Play Championship continued his great play with a final round of one under par 71 and a three day total of three under par 213. Tied for third place at one under par 215 were Victor Wiggins of Gastonia, NC, Trace Crowe of Easley, SC, Jonathan Hardee of Greer, SC, Trey Guy of Fayetteville, NC, Thomas Walsh of High Point, NC and Carson Young of Pendleton, SC.

This annual junior championship is conducted by the Carolinas Golf Association.
