Pine Valley CC's Bob Boyd parred the fifth extra hole to vault he and partner Greg Norris to win the 24^th annual Pro-Amateur Team Championship of the Carolinas Golf Association. Boyd and Norris, who fired a 66 over the par-72 Pinewood Country Club layout in Asheboro, North Carolina, bested Thomas Johnson and Matt Kohut of Legacy Golf Links in the playoff, after Norris birdied holes #16 and #18 to tie in regulation.

This championship is conducted by the Carolinas Golf Association.
