round 71 at River Run Country Club to win the 4th North Carolina Four-Ball
Championship at River Run Country Club, Davidson and Verdict Ridge Golf
Club, Denver, NC.
Waters and McPhaul, who each tied for third at this years' North Carolina
Amateur Championship, outdistanced second place Keith Harris of Concord and
Dean Channell of Cary by six-shot margin.
This championship is conducted by the Carolinas Golf Association.
