Fuquay-Varina, NC – Final Results of the U.S. Senior Women’s Amateur Championship Sectional Qualifying hosted by Bentwinds Golf and Country Club on Monday, August 13, 2012. Par 36-36—72 5735 yards.

Four players from North Carolina punched their ticket in to the U.S. Senior Women’s Amateur Championship that will be held September 8-13, 2012 at Hershey Country Club in Hershey, PA.

Peg Brady of Denver, NC shot a one over par round of 73 to earn medalist honors. Other qualifiers include Susan Beaupied of Raleigh, NC, Angela Stewart of Greenville, NC and Pat Brogden of Garner, NC.

This sectional qualifier is conducted by the Carolinas Golf Association (CGA) on behalf of the United States Golf Association (USGA).
